For what purpose do we treat your personal data?
On behalf of JDA EXPERT LEGALTAX, S.L.P. we treat your data with the main purpose of maintaining our contact list,
a) As a contact person to maintain relations with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services.
b) As an interested party that has contacted us by consulting us or requesting some information, in order to assist you.
c) As a contact person to keep direct relation-ship.
As an additional purpose, in case you have been asked for authorization and you have granted it to us, we will process your data for sending commercial communications.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the main purpose, which are:
a) In case of being a contact person to maintain relations with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services, they will be kept as long as you maintain our relationship with that legal entity or organization, and the legal deadlines for the responsibilities of legal issues that may arise from the relationship with the legal entity or organization will be saved.
b) In cases of persons who are interested in us and that have contacted us, data will be kept up to 6 months after attending request, in case there were any subsequent communications in reference to such consultation or information request.
c) Data will be kept as long as being a contact person with whom to keep direct relation-ship, or until legal timing requires it.
In the additional purpose of sending commercial communications, we will keep your data if you do not express your opposition to continue receiving our communications.
Automated decisions, profiles and applied logic: The company will NOT make automated decisions.
What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
The legal basis for the treatment of your data is the main purpose of maintaining contact agenda is
a) In case of being a contact person to whom relations will be maintained with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services, it is the name of the legitimate interest of the person in charge, according to what is established in art. 6.1.f of the GRPD.
b) In case of a person interested in being in contact with us, the legal basis is to get his/her consent.
c) In case of being a contact person with whom to keep direct relation-ship, legitimacy will be to satisfy the responsible person’s legitimate interest according to art. 6.1.f from GRPD
In the additional purpose of sending commercial communications, the legal basis for the processing of your data is to get consent.
To which receivers will your data be communicated?
During the period of data treatment, we will not communicate your data to third parties.
In behalf of JDA EXPERT LEGALTAX, S.L.P. we will have the collaboration of third party service providers that, in each case, we have been able to contract and that, for the provision of this service, it may be necessary that they have access to your personal data, but these data will be treated with all legal guarantees that are required, following all time our instructions and prior to a data protection contract subscription in which we demand, among others, to treat the data exclusively for the agreed purposes, to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, as well as to delete and return the data at the end of the service.
