Dear client,
We would like to inform you that the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) allows you to select up to 30 calendar days per year during which you will not receive electronic notifications via the Single Enabled Electronic Address (DEHú). This option is available to users who are either required to receive electronic notifications (NEO system) or have voluntarily subscribed to receive them.
To avoid interruptions during your vacation period, we recommend configuring this setting in advance.
📌 Key Recommendations
-
Deadline for submission:
Courtesy days must be requested at least 7 calendar days in advance. Therefore, we suggest submitting your request before July 11th. -
Suggested deactivation period:
At JDA, we recommend selecting the period from July 23rd to August 21st, 2025 (both inclusive) as courtesy days. -
Availability of the tax team:
Our tax professionals will be on vacation during the month of August, so it is especially advisable to deactivate notifications during the recommended period. -
Post-holiday notifications:
Notifications received between August 22nd and 29th may be opened starting Monday, September 1st.
🛠 How to manage the deactivation
You can access the Spanish Tax Agency’s platform and request your courtesy days for summer 2025 through the following link:
